• Page size must match your intended final size.

• For files that do not print to the edge, all text & graphics must be within a 1/4” margin.

• If you want the artwork to print to the edge (bleed), artwork must extend 1/8" past the edge of the page on all sides. This 1/8" will be cut from the final product.

• For quality printing, images should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

• PDF Files are preferred. Other acceptable formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign (.indd), PC and Mac. Quarkxpress (.qxp) Mac only.

• Microsoft Publisher & PowerPoint files are accepted but can have issues with color accuracy and fonts.

• Microsoft Word files are acceptable for text documents that use common fonts. Any Graphic Designs should be saved as a PDF prior to submission to avoid color, alignment, and font issues.

• Image Files (.jpg,.png,.tif) can be used IF they are properly formatted (Correct Size & Resolution).
